Ch\u00e2teau des Faures in Puisseguin presents its vintage aged in 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon barrels:<\/p>\n
A beautiful intense ruby color, a complex and very delicious nose with notes of small black fruits, vanilla, spices. The woodiness is well blended, the sweetness on the palate and the volume are good. The tannins are still very present with a nice grain, a nice length on the palate.<\/p>\n
This vintage served between 16\u00b0 and 18\u00b0 will accompany grilled tuna, prime rib, game, characterful cheeses, chocolate desserts. We invite you to come and taste this wine on the property as well as our Ch\u00e2teau des 2018 as well as our ros\u00e9 des Faures and the latest, the Intemp’Aurel vintage without forgetting our traditional method and discover our vineyard, our guest rooms (including one equipped for people with reduced mobility) open all year, share a friendly moment.<\/p>\n
Breakfast will also be an opportunity for Caroline to share with you the history of our estate. She will be able to guide you, through the various booklets made available to you, to organize walks within our region rich in architectural treasures, gourmet discoveries, cultural activities and experiences in the heart of our Bordeaux vineyard to be discovered on foot or by bike.<\/p>\n
